Moving to the all-new PDR Mobile.

On Sunday, August 30, PDR Mobile launches its ground-up rebuild. Here's everything you need to know to make the switch smoothly.

What's happening

  • The all-new PDR Mobile goes live Sunday, Aug 30, after an afternoon maintenance window: 1:00–5:00 PM CT (it may end early).
  • During the window, the current app and website may be unavailable.
  • The new PDR Mobile is a fresh start: a rebuilt estimating engine and a full web back office.

The one thing to know

Your current account and data do not carry over. The rebuilt PDR Mobile starts fresh. On launch day, everyone — including longtime customers — creates a new account and sets up their shop. Every account begins with a standard 30-day free trial, no credit card required.

Before Sunday: finish or save anything you need from the current app.

If you use the current (v2) app

  1. Your app updates to the new version automatically (if it doesn't, update it in the App Store or Google Play).
  2. After the maintenance window, open the app and tap Create account.
  3. Set up your shop: business info, rate matrices, techs.
  4. That's it — you're on a 30-day free trial.

If you're on the original (v1) app

The v1 app is retired and stops working on Aug 30.

  1. Install the new “PDR Mobile” from the App Store or Google Play (links in your launch-day email, or search “PDR Mobile”).
  2. Open it, tap Create account, and set up your shop.
  3. You're on the same free 30-day trial as everyone else.

Prefer to work from a computer?

The full back office runs at pdrmobile.com — create your account there if you like; it's the same account everywhere and everything syncs.

After the trial

Subscribe inside the back office: $79/month or $790/year (two months free on annual), plus $25/month per additional team member if you add staff to your account. Billing is handled securely by Stripe. Nothing is charged during the trial and no card is needed to start.
